We fell in love with this part of Italy, the landscape, its culture, the great food and wine and above all its people for more than 10 years ago. We have searched intensively for more than 2 years before we came across Allerona and Casale Colline Dolci. It was love at first sight.
We have really tried to make from Casale Colline Dolci a refugee in which it is great to relax and enjoy from everything the land has to offer. We have therefor redesigned, restored and refurnished Casale Colline Dolci with all our love and great care.
We are honored and warmly welcome you as appreciated guests in our beloved home. We would like to ask you to treat our home and its facilities as true friends who fully enjoy and highly respect and cherish it, just like we do.
Week: check-in time on Saturday is in between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
Long Weekend or midweek break: Check-in and check-out times for long weekends or midweek breaks (minimum 3 nights) are the following: from arrival day afternoon 4 p.m. up to departure day morning 11 a.m.
Other check-in or check-out times might be taken into account if at all possible. Such arrangements should however be agreed upon upfront with the owner or owner’s representatives in order to be able to prepare the necessary measures for keys and security deposit.
20% of the rental price is due at reservation. The remainder of the amount is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. This date will be specified when booking. When reserving Casale Colline Dolci less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, full payment is due at that moment. For long weekends, the rental amount is due at booking.
Additional services used and possible damage to the property and its facilities should be paid at check-out to the owner or owner’s representative. If they are not settled at check-out, these costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
A security deposit of € 500 is due before or at the latest upon arrival. The deposit will be held by the owner or owner’s representative until check-out. At check-out, the owner or the owner’s representative will, together with the renters, inspect the property, pool and land for potential damages and/or loss of equipment. The amount related to potential damages and/or loss of equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. In case of no damages nor losses, the full security deposit will be refunded to the renters at check-out.
The renters are expected to behave responsibly and correctly, as a “good housefather” would do. They are equally responsible for the safety and well-being of all staying at the property.
Use of the pool and grounds is at the risk of the renters. Please note that there is no fence enclosing the swimming pool and that there are no lifeguards. Children should always be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool.
The renter is responsible for maintaining the house, furniture, equipment, furnishings, garden, pool and surrounding land in good condition.
The owner or the owner’s representatives may enter the country house and its land for maintenance of the garden, the pool, the house, etc.
The renter is expected to keep the house and grounds clean at all times. The house, its furniture, the kitchen equipment, the pool, the garden and its surroundings must be thoroughly clean at check-out. If this is not the case, the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Garbage should be disposed of before departure at the appropriate sites.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house, portico, pergola/lounge terrace as well as in the pool area.
A maximum of ten guests at any given time are allowed overnight. The owner or the owner’s representative has the right to terminate the rental immediately if, at any given time, the number of guests would exceed the agreed upon number of 10. If the rental is terminated, no funds will be refunded. The owner also reserves the right to retain the total amount of the security deposit. No camping is allowed at the property.
