Although Osteria del Grillo is not necessarily located in the most romantic spot of Orvieto (it is situated in Orvieto Scalo, close to the railway station), it is more than worth the visit. Once you close the door behind you, you will feel perfectly at ease in the nice, authentic and warm atmosphere of this typical osteria. Feel free to order whatever you feel like. The menu only caters for high quality food based on fresh and flavorful ingredients. We only have one recommendation. Don’t miss out on the “Antipasti Del Grillo”. It is a very generous entree, ideally shared by everyone at the table, consisting of excellent locally cured meats, salami varieties, artisan cheeses, local vegetables and other Umbrian specialties.
